Ordering Information

The LH-ART online catalog uses a shopping cart ordering system that encrypts your credit card number and keeps it encrypted until the actual order processor (LH-ART) decodes them and individually processes your order.  This is a secure server system.  No third party is ever exposed to your credit card number between placing your order and our filling it.

Select the items you want by clicking on the box below each item's description. When you are finished with your selection, click on the VIEW MY CART button at the end of the catalog section. You can modify your selection before submiting your order by clicking on the CHECK-OUT button.

Please fill out all the information on the Check Out page. You will be prompted for any missing information when submitting your final order.

Credit cards are processed in batches twice a week on average.  All orders are processed within 24 hours of credit card approval.  Your order (for printed publications or DVDs) should arrive within two weeks of when you place your order. (Foreign Orders - remember to click on the second postage/shipping button for the $10. Air Mail or Global Priority delivery.  Allow 3 to 4 weeks for receipt).   

Orders for PDF formatted stories and books are sent to you as E-mail attachments after your credit card is processed (Usually 2 to 5 days from the time you place your order).  Your mailing address is kept private and never shared with any other company.  You will not receive anything in the regular mail/post from us, unless you have ordered a printed publication or DVD which needs to be mailed/posted to you. 

If there is a problem with your order or you have any further questions please e-mail us at: larryh@lhart.com so we can look into it.  Defective DVD's and tapes will be replaced by the same title after the defected tape is returned to us (LH-ART, P.O. Box 129, Lawai, HI 96765 USA).
